Lisa grew up in New England but only recently moved back to Massachusetts to raise her family. As a child, she spent most of her time running around her father’s sign shop learning how to sketch and paint- and of course, memorize every font ever created.
As a Creative Director in Manhattan, Lisa worked with clients such as Waterford, Nicole Miller, Kay Unger, Macy’s, and Bed Bath & Beyond. After the birth of her son in 2005, Lisa left her position to become a freelance illustrator & writer.
Her current business card shows the most appropriate title ever held in all her years as a designer: Ringleader and Chief Heckler.
