GENERAL REGISTRATION INFO

There is no online registration. Print and mail forms with checks and critique submissions. Go to www.scbwi.org Arizona Chapter Calendar Arizona Conference Info Pages http://www.scbwi-az.org/ Events

Individual critiques will take place before and after the scheduled conference events and presentations. Each critique is 15 minutes. Submissions will be vetted by the conference committee before being assigned a critique slot. Submissions that do not meet the guidelines will not be eligible for critique. Critiquers include the featured faculty and traditionally published authors and illustrators. Please remember that a critique is not a pitching session. It is your chance to get feedback and suggestions on how to improve and/or market your work. If your critiquer is an editor, art director, or agent, she/he will tell you if she/he would like you to send the project after the conference. However, this is not guaranteed. NOTE: Two copies of one manuscript submission are required. Hard copy portfolios must be accompanied by a CD version. Illustrators requesting a portfolio critique may include one dummy if applicable.

BOOK BASKET DONATIONS: Please donate one new children’s book to the SCBWI Book Basket. The books will be donated to a worthy non-profit organization in our region.
