A lovely illustration and a cool contest! My favorite winter sport to do is Cross Country Skiing. I just love watching the Olympics and probably would say that most of the sports in it are wonderful to watch.

You’re a gem, David. This is awesome! I love everything about it, but those subtle skate lines on the ice are just the attention to detail genius that makes a great illustration. Love it!
Oh, my favorite winter sport: Sitting in a cafe, drinking hot chocolate and sketching… watching other people be athletic.

Awwww, snap, I just missed the cut-off. Well, I’m answering anyway … I always love the luge. Not that I’d ever do it, but it’s fun to watch on TV. Hmmm, and I love the Snowboard freestyle, and ice skating. But as Sketched out said so well … I think I like the idea of drinking hot chocolate best of all. 🙂
